1001 Office Towers are located in the core of the Bellevue CBD submarket across Lake Washington from Seattle. The project is immediately adjacent to the densest shopping, dining, entertainment hospitality and residential mixed-use projects in the region.

TCC has utilized PacRim on a number of their projects and considers us as part of their “team”. We begin the project by conducting a destructive and non-destructive sampling for our Regulated Building Materials Survey, developing a workable ROM, creating a bid specification and then conducting a walk through with potential bidders. PacRim was the owner’s representative for the process and we provided oversight with our technician working alongside the abatement contractor.
The project had a variety of asbestos materials from high reach textures, flooring, piping and roofing materials. Roofing materials were encapsulated and made non-friable to be removed during demolition. Costs and additive work items were controlled through weekly meetings and onsite dealing with the abatement crew. Work was completed on schedule.
